Arcostat

Arcostat rollers obtain proper ink transfer, set the web tension between units and propel the web through the press. Whatever your application, there is an Arcostat roller for your line. Arcostat PF: Recommended for core-charged ESA systems without a back up roll and speeds up to 3000 FPM. Arcostat PH: For any surface charged ESA system; up to 2000 FPM with a back up roll; up to 3000 FPM without a back up roll. Arcostat PM: For any type of ESA system with a back up roll and press speeds above 2000 FPM. Arcostat PM500: For Sulzer Escher Wyss Nipco impression systems. Arcostat PV: Any surface charged ESA system with a back up roll and press speeds above 2000 FPM.
