Our History:
• 1938- Company founded in Chicago, IL by Hillard Ditzler
• 1954- Acquired Wisconsin Rubber Products in Union Grove, WI
• 1973- Arcon facility opened in Union Grove, WI
• 1974- Arcotech division established in Kansasville, WI
• 1986- Research & Engineering Center opened in Union Grove, WI
• 2001 Company acquired by CM Acquisitions
• 2003- Acquired Plasma Coatings
